Hiring a Customer Service Executive for Abu Dhabi.
- Coordinate with and provide support to customers and respective departments.
- Servicing existing customers and securing new customers.
- Management and processing of sales orders / customer inquiries / complaints / feedback.
- Provide quotations to customers with necessary follow up and liaison.
- Work with the operations team to provide feedback to customer on operations issues, resolve service issues highlighted by the customers and ensure that customer's performance measurements are met.
- Bachelors degree with at least 2-3 years relevant experience.
- Possess good analytical abilities with interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills, spoken, written ability to communicate at all levels.
