Description

Hiring a Customer Service Executive for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with and provide support to customers and respective departments.
  • Servicing existing customers and securing new customers.
  • Management and processing of sales orders / customer inquiries / complaints / feedback.
  • Provide quotations to customers with necessary follow up and liaison.
  • Work with the operations team to provide feedback to customer on operations issues, resolve service issues highlighted by the customers and ensure that customer's performance measurements are met.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree with at least 2-3 years relevant experience.
  • Possess good analytical abilities with interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills, spoken, written ability to communicate at all levels.
